Our Consumer quantitative division is the largest part of our business and consists of approx. 100 people set up as 3 ‘super’ teams. Each team is headed up by a Partner and a number of Research Directors to lead client teams. Our client teams manage a wide range of domestic and International projects for an enviable list of high profile clients across a wide range of categories; everyone works on a mix of clients and markets. Our work is brand and communications focused and we are growing our capabilities more broadly to offer a variety of solutions for our client’s issues.
Responsible for leading and developing key client accounts, motivating and training other members of the team and offering expert advice to clients on their marketing needs.
This is a great opportunity to work with some dynamic, experimental and growing brands to help them really understand their evolving market. We need a driven, proactive and highly efficient Account Director. The successful applicant will have an appetite for getting involved with new ideas and techniques, challenging the status quo, and be able to craft proposals to respond to the opportunities these clients present us.
These are highly active accounts poised for transformation, and keen to experiment with a range of methodologies and techniques. This presents a huge opportunity for the right Account Director to drive through insight that will generate real business impact. The Account Director will be working with a great team and executive support on each account, and will have line management responsibility. Helping us expand our consumer business is also a key part of this role, so as well as growing your accounts, you’ll help us drive our team’s new business agenda.
