    Who we are


    Hall & Partners started in London in 1992 and the US in 1997 (first in NY, then adding offices in LA and Chicago) and has since grown rapidly, consistently and profitably. Our work involves consumer, business to business and healthcare research covering all stages of brand building from strategic brand development through creative development, segmentation work, copy testing and tracking. We are currently expanding what we offer into new areas including digital, NPD, analytics and customer experience, as well as growing our international capabilities.


    We are part of Omnicom and regularly collaborate within the group to ensure we constantly evolve our offering and strengthen the breadth of our expertise.


    Hall & Partners Health has been a key part of the wider H&P growth. Since the Health team was launched by Abigail Stuart in 1999 it has grown to a very successful business of 85 people in our Europe and US offices with a total yearly revenue of c£28 million.  Abigail is now the Global CEO of Health and works with Hannah Mann to oversee and grow the team in Europe.


    There are currently around 40 people in the Health team in London – a mixture of all levels of researcher and a crack team of project managers. Though we all have our favourite clients, we tend to work across a variety with different team members. Our ideal team member works well with others, can juggle multiple projects & clients, and is great at managing their time.


    We have preferred vendor status with many of the large pharmaceutical clients and have 7 clients with a value of $1 million plus.  Our ambition is to continue to grow at our current rapid rate and to become the number one agency offering insight based consultancy.  We are an ambitious and collaborative team and are looking for someone with a similar outlook and desire to succeed.

    What we do


    We work with a broad range of clients, predominantly pharmaceutical companies, from around the world. Name a pharma company, chances are we’ve worked with them. Most of our work is international, and not just EU5; we regularly conduct research far and wide – from Australia to Japan and back again.


    Typical projects include market exploration, patient journeys, concept testing and eliciting emotional insights. We’re always keen to try new things in the Health team and rarely run ‘simple’ studies – we always focus on giving our clients strategic advice – so not only what is happening, but what to do with it


    Your role will involve working with a team on a variety of qualitative and quantitative research studies - we like our SAEs to work across both disciplines

    • Managing multiple projects (with senior researchers) to ensure delivery to expectations, scheduled timings as well as financial profitability and budget
    • Drafting research materials (discussion guide / questionnaires), demonstrating an understanding of the research objectives
    • Conducting international research (briefing, providing feedback, quality control and managing clients from local affiliates)
    • Actively participating in thoughtful analysis of results with project team and writing up findings, conclusions and implications in a compelling manner
    • Presenting in an engaging way
    • Mentoring more junior members of the team
    • Leading and/or contributing to proposal brainstorms and drafting proposals ready and costings for senior input and sign off
    • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of research, including questionnaire programming, data collection and quota management, data processing, vendor invoices and reporting


    We are looking for an individual who wholeheartedly enjoys helping our clients grow top pharmaceutical brands, who is excited about market research and who is driven to give our clients the freshest possible thinking and strategic advice.

    •  Has 2+ years’ experience in market research and is ready to step up into a Senior Account Executive position, or is an established SAE looking for a move. Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential
    • Has experience of multiple types of market research studies across the product lifecycle such as source of business, segmentation and concept testing
    • Is highly literate and numerate with strong analytical skills and a good eye for detail
    • Is enthusiastic, positive and enjoys a challenge
    • Isn’t afraid to voice their opinion and look for new ways of doing things
    • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Has experience in coaching and mentoring more junior team members
    • Ideally has experience in both qualitative and quantitative work
    • Has excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Has a Bachelor’s Degree
    • Foreign language skills would be an added benefit
