This is a leadership role and as such we would expect you to help set and implement the vision and strategy for operations. You will form part of the Global Operations team.
In this role you will have overall responsibility for making Hall & Partners UK consumer operations as effective as possible; this includes both Consumer Qualitative and Quantitative operations. This covers the company best practices, processes and standards, managing suppliers and the project management team in terms of delivery, quality and cost effectiveness, and supporting new products, platforms and tools as they are developed.
You will report to the Global Operations Director and work in close partnership with the other leaders of the UK consumer business as well as the Operations Director US.
The role will give you broad exposure and visibility within the company and will require you to have ongoing contacts with all research and operations staff.
You will have overall responsibility for Hall & Partners UK consumer operations; managing our operational structure, systems, processes and operations team and seeking ways to drive through efficiencies and cost savings through the business.
You will mentor the operation team to have a ‘can do’ and take responsibility attitude. You will also develop the team to be well positioned to deliver UK Consumers strategy.
