Hall & Partners is currently seeking a strategic Project Manager who will work closely with the Research function driving best practices and standards, processes and efficiency, innovation and NPD, including managing outsourcing relationships with suppliers.  The Project Manager will have a client facing role, working across multiple clients and projects, teams and where required, other H&P offices, delivering systemic improvements. 


In this role, the Project Manager you will work extensively with the research teams and management, by directly managing and coordinating international and complex projects in the Quantitative Consumer Research field.  Integral to this role as well is managing and interacting directly with clients – designing, driving and implementing efficient processes, systems and ways of running accounts.  The Quantitative Project Manager will be the lead on methodological and sampling recommendations and when required, develop and share new market knowledge.   Within the team, the Project Manager will be the best practice expert, responsible for implementation, adherence and training.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years project management experience in market research environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing end to end project life cycle with multi market and complex studies
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Knowledgeable in multiple types of studies, including continuous tracking, pre testing, segmentation, creative development, etc. and experience with various methodologies across different markets including online, face-to-face and telephone
  • Experience implementing best practice processes within an organization
  • Experience in managing external suppliers
  • Proficient in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Dedicated to quality and responsiveness
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills
