Job Title: Social Media Data Analyst/ Success Manager /Data Manager

Location: Central London

Our work is brand and communications focussed and we are growing our capabilities more broadly to offer a variety of solutions for our client's issues. One of these growing capabilities is using social media data to complement other sources of data to help inform our client's strategy.


The Role


A newly created role to help teams across Hall & Partners (all global markets) to be able to extract insights from social media data through Brandwatch dashboards (Brandwatch is H&P's social listening technology partner).



Core skills & Responsibilities

  • Work with H&P project managers and analysts to help them implement Brandwatch dashboards, following the existing H&P social dashboard framework
  • Act as the guardian of the H&P social dashboard framework, ensuring consistent implementation across the organisation
  • Help teams extend, refine and maintain their dashboards
  • Develop (SOP) for using social data
  • Keep up-to-date with upgrades to the Brandwatch platform and ensure these are reflected in the SOP and social dashboard framework where appropriate
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the social intelligence industry
  • Create an informal network of social intelligence champions across each office
  • Manage the relationships with Brandwatch and other partners
  • Have some experience of building Boolean keyword searches
  • Have a general understanding of how organisations use social media
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be curious; spot and investigate unusual patterns in data
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Ideally have some experience with online analytics and/or social listening platforms
  • Delivering regular training sessions to individuals and groups
