Hall & Partners seeks a talented and dedicated Senior Account Executive to work as part of the Health research team, focused on the day to day execution and delivery of research projects for our clients. A Senior Account Executive takes responsibility for running complete projects on a day to day basis with oversight and mentoring from an experienced researcher.  In this capacity, the Senior Account Executive will accept responsibility for the quality of work and their workload. In addition, a Senior Account Executive makes key contributions to the client relationship. The Senior Account Executive is an important member of the project/account team, and their commitment to the project/account and to other members of the team are key to the success of the company.


  • Leads the management of multiple projects according to tightly scheduled timelines and budget
  • Works with our Project Management team to manage research vendor relationships
  • Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of research, including questionnaire design, programming, data collection and quota management, data processing, analysis planning and reporting
  • Drives thoughtful analysis and presentations by creating a solid first draft of presentations with guidance from data planning meetings and manager/mentor
  • Contributes thinking to research findings, conclusions and implications
  • Handles day-to-day client relationship/communication for projects
  • Takes an active role in client meetings


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years work experience, preferably in Health market research
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Interest/Passion in the Health industry
  • Experience executing a diverse set of quantitative and qualitative research studies across methodologies and therapeutic areas
  • Demonstrates key attributes for success in the role: a good listener and communicator, is responsive, has a problem-solving orientation, cares deeply about quality of work, a commitment to continuous learning and refinement, and most importantly being a good team member who is open, sharing, relates and works well with others
  • In addition, there specific skills that are beneficial to the success of an Senior Account Executive:
    • Detail oriented
    • Highly organized
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
    • Numeric/data skills
  • And some work experience that is beneficial to the success of a Senior Account Executive:
    • Experience working with research vendors
    • Experience with survey research methodologies
    • Project management experience
    • Willingness to travel (10-25% of the time)
