    The Hall & Partners Grad Program is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in Brand Insights. We are looking for entry level candidates who want to:


    • Use consumer insights to help develop brands & communication strategies
    • Work with a variety of interesting clients in the consumer and healthcare categories
    • Be somewhere that always has something new and different going on
    • Work in an open office environment with smart, likeable, energetic people


    You will be part of an account team and experience life as an entry-level Analyst.  Some of the things you’ll get to experience and be responsible for are:


    • Brainstorming sessions regarding research project lifecycle
    • Supporting multiple projects according to tightly scheduled timelines and budget
    • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of research
    • Participating in report analysis and writing of actionable marketing insights/recommendations



    We’re looking for people with:


    • Education and/or related internship experience in Advertising, Marketing, Psychology, Business or Market Research
    • Demonstrated interest in brands and communication; curiosity about what motivates people to think, feel, and behave the way they do
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
    • Ability to work well on a team as well as independently
    • Proficient in all MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
    • A positive attitude and vibrant personality
