    Responsibilities

    Core Responsibilities 

    • Directly source qualified, exceptionally talented candidates for entry to senior level roles across business units/U.S. offices
    • Work directly with hiring managers to ensure the hire of top quality candidates from both skill and cultural perspectives
    • Partner with finance and Managing Partners on staffing plans
    • Work closely with Global People team and US People Manager on global and local initiatives
    • Utilize sourcing methods including but not limited to: proactive networking, social media, job postings, employee referrals, university job boards, etc.
    • Execute sourcing strategies that produce a diverse slate of candidates
    • Communicate with candidates/new hires throughout entire hiring and orientation process to ensure a positive candidate experience
    • Manage and maintain candidate data in ATS (iCIMS) and internal reporting
    • Ensure all recruiting paperwork is in place and handle background and reference checks
    • Assist with ad-hoc projects when required
    • Provide detailed status updates on progress, challenges and solutions 

    Qualifications

    Key attributes

    • Minimum of 8+ years of talent acquisition experience (preferably with advertising/brand research experience)
    • Previous experience using an applicant tracking system (iCIMS a plus)
    • Detail orientated and strong follow through skills
    • Proficient usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Flexible and organized with strong prioritization and time management skills
    • Proactive self-starter with proven ability to handle multiple projects with various deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Senior level interpersonal and client service skills
    • Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment/discretion and adhere to confidentiality and sensitive matters/data
