We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our team. You’ll be responsible for controlling a range of projects and client accounts by analysing and interpreting data and providing engaging, actionable insights for our clients. You will also play an active role in proposal writing, helping to grow our business.
We love to experiment in our approach and delivery, and we’re looking for someone who is energised by this. A keen interest in blended research approaches (e.g. qual, quant, mobile, social) is a must.
You’ll need to be proactive and have excellent organizational skills to respond to a wide range of client requests and challenges. This role will be perfect for someone who loves getting under the skin of pharmaceutical brands to passionately and confidently deliver the latest insight stories for our clients.
Though it is important that you have primary research experience, we are open to a variety of backgrounds including people with a passion for marketing, digital, analytics, social media, mobile, semiotics, human behaviour and psychology.
Manage positive day to day client relationships.
Develop a strong awareness of the client’s business, including press coverage, clinical trial outcomes and disease awareness campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
Support and coach junior members of the team, helping them to learn, stretch and grow.
Understand our strategy and embrace new products, technologies and methodologies in client work.
Assist in the preparation of pitches, contributing charts, research or other information, alongside presenting findings in client meetings.
Develop a strong understanding of different research methods and which to apply.
Master key research skills including drafting and managing the execution of complex surveys &/ or discussions; presenting data clearly and accurately; planning and undertaking complex analysis; interpreting data and preparing summaries.
Manage and optimize timelines for research projects, proactively trouble shooting and collaborating with experts as needed. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of a project.
Write clear and inspiring insight stories for clients.
Show a passion for the evolving pharmaceutical landscape, using tools to analyse data from a variety of sources, developing bespoke reports for clients. Capable of gathering and analysing data from multiple sources.
Stay up to date with developments in our industry and beyond with particular attention to trends, the emerging role of patient advocacy, HCP behaviour and data/analytics.
Work collaboratively with the Project Management team to implement efficiency in accounts.
