    Responsibilities

    Role

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our team. You'll be an integral part of a team, responsible for executing a range of projects and client accounts by managing study design and execution, supplier relationships, analyzing and interpreting data, and providing engaging, actionable insights for our clients.

     

    We love to experiment in our approach and delivery, and we're looking for someone who is energized by this. Previous experience or keen interest in blended research approaches (e.g. qual, quant, mobile, digital and social analytics) is a must.

     

    You'll need to be proactive and have excellent organizational skills to respond to a wide range of client requests and challenges. You’ll also need to be a self starter, with the ability to learn and onboard quickly in a complex and fast-paced environment.

     

    We are open to a variety of relevant backgrounds including: marketing research or consumer insights, marketing, digital, analytics, social media, etc.

     

    Core responsibilities:

    Day-to-day project execution including: client and vendor relationships; questionnaire development, setup, and timelines; study field; data quality; analytics and reporting.

     

    Add value by finding true insights in the data, and providing additional context via desk research, social media insights, and deeper respondent profiling.

    Partner within and across teams to share best practices and improve internal processes.

     

    Support and coach junior members of the team by onboarding quickly to role, ultimately helping them to learn, stretch and grow.

     

    Understand our strategy and embrace new products, technologies and methodologies in client work.

     

    Qualifications

    Your background/capabilities:

    2+ years of experience in blended research approaches (with a focus on quantitative brand research

    Develop or foster a strong understanding of appropriate research methods, including: new and established methods, statistical tools, data interpretation and reporting.

    Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of a project.

    Analyze and report findings in a clear, concise, and impactful way.

    Derive insights from multiple data sources, potentially including: social media sentiment, digital exposure, geo-demographic segmentation and profiling, etc.

    Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time - efficiently.

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.  

    Motivated self-starter, good team player.
